◆  耶和華啊，求你可憐我，因為我軟弱。耶和華啊，求你醫治我，因為我的
    骨頭發戰。我在急難中求告耶和華，向我的　神呼求。他從殿中聽了我的聲音；我在他面
    前的呼求入了他的耳中。

◆  In my distress I called to the LORD ; I cried to my God for help . From his temple he heard my voice ;

     my cry came before him , into his ears .
